{beyond blessed}

I have a very good friend who is going through a very difficult time right now. She and her husband have been trying for almost 2 years to become pregnant. She has some fertility issues going on and on Tuesday they found out there are also problems on her husband's side.

She is so broken. I am broken for her. They have been referred out to a specialist and have been told that IVF may be the only option at this point, but they can't afford it. It seems so unfair.

When she knocked on my door crying on Tuesday and I turned around and saw 2 beautiful girls playing with each other and a floor covered in toys, I started to cry. I know I am blessed. And at that particular moment I had to stop and say thank you to God for what he has given me.

I pray that one day, somehow, she will be able to experience the joy of being a mommy.

That is heartbreaking. I'm so sorry for your friend. Some days it helps to remind us how blessed we truly are!!!

Doctors are sometimes wrong. I am proof of that. Jenna was to never to have happened and yet here she is. And so is her baby sis.

We are VERY blessed! I know someone in a similar situation and it just breaks my heart...and they are the most deserving people and would be amazing parents. Sometimes it's just not fair :(

You never know in life what is going to happen from one minute to the next.....kids are proof of that. We all in life need to count our blessings and pray for those who are hurting.
You are blessed with a beautiful family(have been reading for a while). My blessings and prayers to everyone.
