{new place}

Still trying to get things set up the way I want them, but this is where I'll be from now on... and there is my photography blog, too.

I won't be making this completely private until I figure out how I'm going to archive it.

{thinking}

I'm thinking of archiving this blog and starting fresh in the new year. I now have a portion of my family across the world, in China. The internet and a blog is my best way to communicate with them and keep them up to date so that one day when they return to the states that I feel like they still know who we are. :) I want to be able to open up and have a place to share with everyone what's going on in our world - that means family, friends, and all of you that still come here. I'm not sure the best way to go about it... I think i'll just end up making this private and starting fresh.

I could just direct them here, I know.. but there is nearly 3 years worth of stuff here.. and for a long time I used this as a venting source. :) So I don't really think anyone needs to come read my archives. But there is so much stuff I have recorded here of the girls that I don't want to delete it either.

So ... at any rate... I 'll let you know where I decide to go. And of course that means I'll have to be a better blogger. Oh, boy!

{the holiday rush}

So busy, so busy. I'm beginning to think my life will always be chaos - holiday season or not.

blog more.... oops. i'll stop making promises to anyone who still comes here... but i'm making another promise to myself to be a better blogger. i went back last night and read some archives and i realized how much of the little, tiny, fun moments of life i was recording here. i want to continue to do that for my girls!

I said I was going to be better at blogging and well.. I haven't. I've been so busy. I'm so behind on processing photos of my girls. I hope to catch up in the month of December (haha.. yea in the middle of the holiday season). A girl can set goals... and hopefully I'll meet that goal and there will be one large photo post. :)

For now here are two of babygirl. She is with one of her 2 new baby cousins. Yes, in the past 8 weeks we've welcomed to baby boys to the family. One to each brother & sister-in-law.
