My girls

*my heart*

This is an everyday thing - big sissy smothering baby sissy with kisses. I just love it.

I love watching them interact everday. It's priceless, really it is.
I love the way they smile at each other, laugh at each other, "talk" to each other.
I smile when babygirl can't do anything in the morning until she gives "her baby" a kiss.
I laugh everytime she tell's a stranger that "this is my my baby A, and she has blue eyes."
I love everytime I hear her say "I want to hold her" ... right now.
I smile when I see her stroking her head in the car when she's tired in attempts to make her fall asleep.
I love when she just wants to watch her sleep.
I love watching her read baby sissy a book.
I love the way she assures her everything is going to be okay when she cries.

I can already see that bond they share as sister and it just makes me melt.

.ice cream.

Over the weekend, we saw the ice cream truck. If this doesn't make you crave summer, i don't know what will! We had ice cream twice on Saturday!

D-Bug!

Trying a little something different with some shots from our play session yesterday. I didn't have time to edit through them all, but it will work. Edited to add: Not sure why the music doesn't start automatically. I'll try to figure it out later. For now you can click the music icon on the slideshow.

Love Day

Valentine's came early this year.

The girls and I got our goodies a night early.

D's red rose from Daddy

I went so far as to request to take a long, hot bath (alone!). Just about the time I got nice and settled and to about page 12 of my new book, the door rattling started. Babygirl had realized I was gone. Trying to ignore it, I got to page 15 before the door busted open. She had some help - it was locked. Within two minutes, she was undressed jumping in. A few seconds later, I was adding cold water because mine was too hot. The I sat and endured her dumping cups of water on my head to help me wash my hair - (paybacks?). It was quite a sight, but we had some fun little giggles. It wasn't long before I escaped, hopped in the shower to finish my hair off, and baby sister was awake.

Oh well, I tried!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy *heart* Day!!

.3 months.

Yes, I'm a little late with this, but that's my life!

Baby Sissy-

You are always so happy.
You have the most beautiful blue eyes.
You are learning to spit bubbles (Daddy taught you this).
You are grabbing for your toys.
You don't like your paci nearly as much as your big sister did, but it can still save the day.
You have the longest, cutest little toes.
Your rolling from tummy to back.
You love being on your tummy and not your back.
Your "talking".
You love smiling.
You are so alert and aware of your surroundings.
Your a mommy's girl.
You are so happy.
You bring us so much joy.
