{baby girl - yes, I still call her babygirl}

she finally let me take some pictures of her. We got her hair cut in preparation for preschool. I guess she was feeling sassy!

{Month 9}

-13lbs 11oz ... still a little bit just like your sister was!
-27 inches
-8 teeth [same eight we've had since month 7!]
-you love to clap your hands
-you love to chase your sister
-you love to smile, you overall just happy
-you ran a fever for 3 days a few weekends ago and didn't cry once
-you sleep through the night [i'm so blessed with my sleepers!]
-you sleep in your crib.
-it was hard for me to put you in there because I wanted you to stay small
-you love your crib
-your giving up on me rocking you
-you put yourself to sleep now
-you love to eat, girl - you love to eat
-cheerios, crackers, puffs, wagon wheels and cheese its are some of your favorites
-you've also been known to steal your sister's cereal bars in the morning
-you love your mommy! 100% still mommy's girl :)
-you love to move
-you hang on to my hip like a spider monkey
-you still wear some 0-3 month outfits, but mostly 3-6 now.
-you wear a size 2 diaper [but I think that will change soon]
-you say bye bye, ma ma, hey, da da on a regular basis
-you love to wave bye bye
-you love to clap for yourself
-you'll probably give up babyfood soon
-your a pro at your sippy cup
-you smile all the time [your whole face smiles]
-your crusing around so good and may take your first steps soon.

{catching up}

I'll try to pick up where I left off. Hang on- it may be a long ride.

Our summer has been crazy to say the least.

The day baby sissy started pulling up - I was in trouble. She's such an active baby. She keeps me on my toes for sure. Always into something and putting EVERYTHING in her mouth. That I was not used to - Babygirl never put things in her mouth!

There were many times I found baby sissy like this - falling asleep without meaning to!




In June, Babygirl started swim lessons. It was great for her. She loved it and did a great job. She's almost swimming alone and I have no fear that if she fell in a pool she'd be able to get to the side. Her swim teacher, Mrs. Pam, was just awesome. Here are a few pictures of our days at the pool!

Our 4th of July was great. We spent a wonderful day with a lot of our friends and all the kids had a great time together.





We went on vacation in July as well.
We were camping the first part of the week and at the beach with friends for the second part of the week. It was a fun time. It was nice for hubs to get some downtime from work.









While that's not everything, that's all I can fit into this 5 minutes of quiet I have! I'll try to be better about keeping up here, I promise. And baby sissy's 9 month update coming soon.
